Astrologer Terms & Conditions

📜 Kashi Jyotish Astrologer Partner Agreement

Effective Date

This Agreement is entered into between Kashi Jyotish ("Platform") and the registered Astrologer ("Partner").

By registering as an Astrologer on Kashi Jyotish, you agree to all terms below.

1. Independent Partner Relationship

The Astrologer acknowledges that:

  • He/She is an independent service provider.
  • No employer-employee relationship exists between Kashi Jyotish and the Astrologer.
  • The Astrologer is solely responsible for taxes, statutory obligations, and professional conduct.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To join Kashi Jyotish, an Astrologer must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Submit valid KYC documents.
  • Provide accurate bank account details.
  • Possess knowledge or experience in Astrology, Tarot, Numerology, Vastu, Palmistry, Reiki, Spiritual Guidance, or related fields.

Kashi Jyotish reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

3. Verification Process

The Platform may request:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Bank Details
  • Address Proof
  • Experience Certificates (if applicable)

Providing false information may result in immediate termination.

4. Services

The Astrologer may provide:

  • Call Consultation
  • Chat Consultation
  • Video Consultation
  • Kundli Analysis
  • Horoscope Reading
  • Tarot Reading
  • Numerology Consultation
  • Vastu Guidance

Only approved services may be offered through the Platform.

5. Professional Conduct

The Astrologer agrees:

  • To communicate respectfully.
  • Not to harass, threaten, abuse, or mislead users.
  • Not to make false promises.
  • Not to guarantee marriage, pregnancy, wealth, lottery, visa approval, court victory, health recovery, or any specific result.
  • Not to create fear for upselling services.

6. Restricted Advice

The Astrologer shall not provide:

  • Medical diagnosis
  • Legal advice
  • Financial or investment advice
  • Stock market recommendations
  • Emergency or life-threatening guidance

All consultations must be presented as spiritual or astrological guidance only.

7. Direct Contact Restriction

The Astrologer shall not:

  • Share personal phone numbers.
  • Share WhatsApp numbers.
  • Share social media accounts.
  • Accept payments outside Kashi Jyotish.

Violation may lead to permanent account suspension.

8. Commission & Revenue Sharing

  • Consultation revenue shall be shared as per the Platform policy.
  • Kashi Jyotish reserves the right to revise commission structures.
  • Changes may be communicated through email or dashboard notifications.

9. Payout Policy

  • Payouts shall be processed according to the Platform payout cycle.
  • Minimum withdrawal limits may apply.
  • TDS and applicable taxes may be deducted as per Indian law.

10. User Privacy & Data Protection

The Astrologer agrees:

  • Not to store customer information.
  • Not to download or share user data.
  • Not to contact users outside the Platform.

All customer data remains the property of Kashi Jyotish.

11. Ratings & Reviews

Users may rate and review astrologers.

Kashi Jyotish reserves the right to:

  • Monitor performance.
  • Investigate complaints.
  • Suspend profiles with repeated negative feedback.

12. Intellectual Property

Profile content, recordings, training materials, graphics, branding, and platform assets remain the property of Kashi Jyotish.

The Platform may use astrologer profile information for marketing and promotional purposes.

13. Suspension & Termination

Kashi Jyotish may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if:

  • False information is provided.
  • KYC documents are invalid.
  • Users report misconduct.
  • Platform policies are violated.
  • Fraudulent activities are detected.

14. No Guaranteed Earnings

Kashi Jyotish does not guarantee:

  • Number of consultations
  • Minimum income
  • Ranking position
  • Visibility on the platform

Income depends on demand, ratings, availability, and user preferences.

15. Confidentiality

The Astrologer shall keep confidential:

  • Revenue sharing details
  • Internal business processes
  • Customer information
  • Marketing strategies
  • Platform data

This obligation survives termination.

16. Indemnity

The Astrologer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kashi Jyotish from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal disputes arising from the Astrologer's conduct, statements, predictions, remedies, or consultations.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Varanasi.

18. Acceptance

By selecting "I Agree" during registration, the Astrologer confirms:

  • The information provided is true.
  • They have read and understood this Agreement.
  • They agree to comply with all Platform policies.
