How to delete your Kashi Jyotish account

Customers:

1. In the app: open the menu → Settings → Delete Account → confirm.
2. On the website: log in → My Account → Delete Account.
3. Or email support@kashijyotish.com from your registered email or phone.

Your profile, phone number, email, birth details and address are removed. Payment, order and invoice records are kept as required by law. Any wallet balance is forfeited.

Astrologers: Open the Kashi Jyotish Partner app → Settings → Delete my account → Yes. Your profile, phone number, email, KYC and bank details are removed. Earnings and payout records are kept as required by law.
