This Shipping Policy applies to physical products (such as gemstones, rudraksha, idols and other spiritual products) bought on Kashi Jyotish, a product of Iokonic Software Solutions, through our website or mobile app.
Astrology consultations (chat, audio call, video call), reports and online puja bookings are digital services. They are delivered inside the app or website and are not shipped.
We currently ship physical products to addresses within India.
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after the payment is confirmed. Products that need special preparation, such as capping or sizing, may take longer; any such time is shown on the product page.
After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location and the courier partner. Remote locations may take longer.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Once your order is dispatched, you can check its status in the order history section of the app or website. Tracking details are shared where the courier partner provides them.
If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the product and packaging. Eligible cases are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Please enter a complete and correct delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it, re-shipping charges may apply.
