• Astrologer’s experience and expertise

• Type of consultation (Call / Chat / Video)

• Duration of the session

Each astrologer sets their own pricing, which is clearly displayed before starting the consultation.

2. Per Minute Billing

Most consultations on Kashi Jyotish are charged on a per-minute basis.

• Rates may start from a minimum value and vary across astrologers

• Charges are calculated per minute and deducted from your wallet when the session ends. A session shorter than 45 seconds is free; after that, every started minute counts as a full minute

Users are advised to check the astrologer’s rate before initiating any session.

3. Wallet System

To use paid services, users must recharge their wallet on the platform.

• Minimum recharge amount may apply

• Payments can be made via available online payment methods

Unused wallet balance remains in the user account unless otherwise stated.

4. Offers & Promotions

Kashi Jyotish may provide:

• First consultation offer: when shown on an astrologer's page, a new user's first chat or call is free for the time stated there. It applies once per account; regular per-minute rates apply after that

• Free trial minutes (limited)

• Promotional discounts

These offers are time-bound and may change or expire without prior notice.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made for consultations are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

• Partial usage of time will still be charged

• No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction with advice or predictions

6. Pricing Changes

Prices for services may change at any time without prior notice.

• Updated pricing will always be displayed before booking

• Previously completed transactions will not be affected

7. Taxes & Charges

All prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be clearly shown at the time of payment.

8. Pricing Errors

In case of any technical or human error in pricing:

• Kashi Jyotish reserves the right to cancel or refuse the transaction

• Any deducted amount may be adjusted or refunded at our discretion

9. Platform Role

Kashi Jyotish acts only as a platform connecting users with independent astrologers.
We do not control or fix the pricing of individual astrologers.
